ADHD, Understood Differently.

Understand your brain. Recognize your patterns. Build systems that work for you.

My Relationship With ADHD

I was diagnosed with ADHD in the seventh grade.

Learning about my diagnosis helped me understand that I wasn’t my behaviors—and I wasn’t necessarily other people’s perceptions of me based on how those behaviors were interpreted.

Over the years, understanding my ADHD has empowered me to advocate for myself, seek accommodations when needed, and extend that advocacy to others. It has also helped me challenge feelings of shame and self-doubt, replacing them with a deeper understanding of how my brain works and what I need to thrive.

I created this program because I know what it feels like to understand ADHD and still struggle to put that understanding into practice. I believe in having tools that are flexible enough to grow and change with you—not systems that make you feel like you failed when they stop working. This program reflects what I’ve learned both personally and professionally about building strategies you can return to when you need them.

Our MET ® 90 DAY ADHD Training Program

HABIT

Start with what you do.

ROUNTINE

Turn individual habits into supportive structure.

RITUAL

Create sustainable systems.

The MET® ADHD 90-Day Program is a structured, one-on-one coaching experience designed to help neurodivergent adults better understand their ADHD and build systems that actually work for them.

Instead of focusing on rigid routines, traditional ideas of productivity, or the pressure to constantly “finish,” this program focuses on flexible consistency, self-awareness, and self-compassion. The goal isn’t to force your brain to work differently—it’s to understand how your brain works and collaboratively create sustainable strategies around it.

Built from my Millennial Eclectic Therapy® (MET®) framework, the 90-day program moves through three core areas—Habit, Routine, and Ritual—and includes three comprehensive workbooks along with individualized, one-on-one coaching.

The process is intentionally collaborative. We explore what works, what doesn’t, where you tend to get stuck, and what you need to begin again. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with more than strategies you used for 90 days—you’ll have tools, exercises, and workbooks you can return to whenever you need to reflect, reset, and restart.

Because the goal isn’t to never get stuck again. It’s to know what to do when you are.

“My stress levels have decreased significantly because I have actual strategies now, not just willpower. I've built routines that work for my energy patterns rather than fighting against them.”

Jessica L., Virginia
